Whether motivating employees, speaking to customers or inspiring change, it’s important to take them on a journey.
I am an experienced lead on internal communications, working with membership organisations and on culture change programmes. Working closely with senior management to develop organisational stakeholder engagement strategies and organisational messages, inform staff of plans and developments and formulate the organisation’s internal and external response to crisis PR situations.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I was a key member of The Children’s Trust’s Major Incident Team with a pivotal role, keeping employees informed and updated on changing protocols, and maintaining ongoing engagement while staff were either working from home or part of the frontline teams ensuring operations were uninterrupted and continued to run smoothly.
